These plans differ by access period. The “One Timetable” plan is a seven-day access window. Premium tools are available while your plan is active; this is not a lifetime software licence.

Can I try it free?
Yes. Use the timetable preview and the CoverDesk sample demo before choosing paid access. Premium exports and use of your own CoverDesk timetable require the appropriate paid product.
Do I need to buy both products?
The combined membership includes both products in one payment. Choose 140 days for KSh 699 or annual access for KSh 1,399. Standalone options remain available for schools that need only one tool.
Are downloadable planning packs included?
Yes. Both term and annual Timetable + CoverDesk memberships include all seven editable planning packs free. Sign in, open My KTT Downloads, download and extract the ZIP files, then edit the templates on your school computer.
Is CoverDesk cloud-synchronised?
The current CoverDesk workspace keeps its timetable and working data in this browser. Purchasing access does not make that data synchronise between devices.
What should I do before my access expires?
Export the reviewed outputs and keep backups you need for school records. An access period allows use of the paid tools during that period.
