How to download and activate KTT Desktop
- Download the Windows app. Open the official KTT Microsoft Store listing. Check the listed device requirements and install it on the Windows computer you intend to use.
- Review the fit for your school. Check the desktop guidance and ask support about features your timetable team requires, including imports, lesson allocation and outputs.
- Buy the desktop licence. Open the KTT desktop licence page, enter your school details, licence email and paying M-Pesa number, then approve the prompt on your phone.
- Activate your installation. After payment verification, your 16-character licence code is emailed to you. Paste it into KTT Desktop → Activate. Keep the licence email for future reference.
Internet access is needed to download the application and complete the online payment process. Offline working describes timetable preparation in the installed application; it does not mean every purchase, installation or support step happens without a connection.
