Kenya School Timetable collects the school name, account contact details and timetable information entered by authorised users. This information is used only to provide timetable generation, cloud saving, backups and account administration.
School data is processed to generate schedules, detect conflicts, produce reports and restore saved revisions. We do not sell school or user information.
Schools are responsible for keeping login details secure and assigning access only to authorised staff. Passwords are handled through WordPress security controls.
Timetable and account data is retained while a school account remains active or as needed for backup and service administration. A school may request account or stored-data deletion from the site administrator.
Membership payments are processed through Safaricom M-Pesa Express. The payment flow uses your M-Pesa phone number and selected membership amount to request payment. Kenya School Timetable keeps payment records linked to the school account, including the date, phone number, plan, amount, status, receipt and transaction result. These records support payment confirmation, membership activation and payment enquiries. Enter your M-Pesa PIN only in the Safaricom prompt on your phone.
